The Zinus Bedding Company delivers the highest quality, most technologically advanced bedding products to the world thanks to our brand new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. In September 2006, Zinus inaugurated its brand new ONE MILLION square foot facility in Xiamen in addition to our other facilities. This new facility contains the best new mattress-making equipment from around the world. Now, the innovative Zinus manufacturing process is centralized and delivers cutting edge technology and unprecedented quality control. This facility incorporates all aspects of our manufacturing including steel forming and coiling, robotic foaming, unique quilting, and assembling of our patented display box packaging.
Our new 5-building, multi-story, manufacturing complex has allowed us to add machinery and employees to triple the amount of our daily production. All Zinus employees are well skilled and Q.C. trained and we are a certified ISO-9001 manufacturer. Employee attention to detail and cross training on all equipment allows quality production 24 hours per day.
Zinus R & D is the catalyst for innovation at our company. Within our new facility, our R & D personnel are best equipped to properly explore and expand opportunities to deliver superior sleep to consumers. The facility also houses our new and proprietary Burn Institute that addresses the latest Fire Retardant Regulations standards, such as USA's new CFR 1633, British standards, and other F/R regulations required in various countries. We are currently preparing for the possible new Top of Bed F/R standards such as TB-604. Both our R & D and F/R teams will be well equipped to keep Zinus on the leading edge of innovation in the mattress industry.
