Q: What is the product warranty?

Q: How do I clean my memory foam pillow and mattress topper?
A: For the best results, simply machine wash your cover using your everyday detergent in the gentle cycle and air dry.
Q: How do I clean my Zinus specialty bedding?
A: All of our memory foam products come with a machine washable cover. Air-dry your cover for best results. Spot clean your Adjust-a-Firm air bed cover and mattress with a mild detergent. Do not machine wash or dry clean.
Q: What should be used to support my memory foam mattress?
A: We recommend you use a firm, completely flat, non-spring foundation for your mattress.
Q: Is there any other information I need to know about my new mattress?
A: Theratouch Memory Foam Mattresses are sensitive to temperature and humidity. In rooms of 65 degrees or less, the mattress will become somewhat firmer. Do not force your mattress to lay flat if it is delivered during temperatures below 50 degrees. It may take a few hours for the mattress to naturally take shape.
The mattress may have a slight odor remaining from the manufacturing process. This is normal and completely harmless. It may take a few days for the odor to fully dissipate.
With any new bed, it may take time to become used to the unique feeling of a Theratouch Memory Foam Mattress. You may need a few nights to adjust to the memory foam feeling. |
