When we shop, we don’t like paying for shipping.

So we decided to make it free for you too.* We partnered with FedEx Ground to ship every Zinus product straight to your door. No stopping for donuts.

*While shipping may be free, there may be a state related recycling fee if you are from CA, CT and RI

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Watch your inbox for a tracking number. We'll send you once its been received by FedEx, so you can follow your order's magical journey.

Want to return? Here’s what to do.

We want you to LOVE every Zinus purchase. So if you only like it, you can return it within 100 days for a full refund.

The item must be returned in good condition—no drool, stains or mysterious smells—with the necessary paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Oh, and proof of purchase will be required.

When that’s all in order, contact customerservice@zinusinc.com or call toll-free (800) 613-1225 for return authorization. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions for arranging a FedEx pick up.

After we receive the returned item, a refund will be generated back to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days.
