The Advice Every Girl Needs to Hear on International Women’s Day

As we reflect on Women’s History Month, and especially on International Women’s Day, we are proud to recognize the women on our leadership team at Zinus. As an organization, we embrace equity at all levels, including senior management, where 8 of 13 roles are currently held by women. And that’s just in our US headquarters. We are also proud to foster a global culture that empowers women in our organization including women of color and those part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

For #IWD2023, we reached out to a few of the women on our US leadership team and asked them to share a few words of motivational wisdom about how they've navigated their careers while remaining true to themselves. Their answers will remind any girl just what she’s capable of!
